Couldn't recommend more for a walk in evening
Clean room, modern amenities, with a great view of the nearby shopping center, making it convenient to grab meals and explore local attractions.
Nothing to improve on.

The first 4 star hotel where everything was good and clean. I could see street from the apartment. It was impressive, included a comfy bed plus a seating area, a writing desk, an iron and ironing board. The location was particularly good and the best - short way from everywhere I wanted to go.

The staff were helpful, especially
Rose, Silvam, and Sapan from the cleaning department. Getting additional toiletries was a bit slow, and the dining options left something to be desired.

The price and location met our needs, and it was reasonably priced based compared to other similar hotels. We rented a 2-bedroom suite, which had very high ceilings and was quite cool.
The receptionist required us to pay in cash, and did not accept any credit cards. The receptionist asked us to provide a passport as collateral in order to avoid paying a 100% deposit in cash. Ultimately we were able to provide merely a driver's license as collateral, but the fact that we could not use a credit card and were requested to pay in advance and in cash was very disconcerting. We had no real issue in this case, but it was unnerving and highly unusual. Also, the bathroom window did not close all the way.

The location is excellent, with a shopping mall just across the street (bonus points for the proximity to good Pakistani food!). Especially the night in-charge, were super helpful and attentive.
The room could have been a bit cleaner. The linens and carpet had some odors that detracted from my overall comfort.

I appreciate the proximity to a large shopping mall and the equipped kitchenette, perfect for low-budget travelers like me. The staff, especially Mr Basit, were very helpful in providing assistance with in-room appliances.
The bedding and carpets had noticeable odors, which affected the overall comfort of my stay.

The room offered a nice sitting area. The beds were comfortable, a definite plus! Being right across the Sahara Mall made shopping super convenient. Staff were helpful at times, especially when it came to housekeeping. I appreciated the availability of kitchen utensils, which allowed me to prepare some meals. I did face issues with the room telephone. It didn't work, and when I needed assistance, I had to make international calls using my mobile. This can really hinder communication. The breakfast was another point of concern. Options were limited and the eggs were cold. I found it odd that there wasn't more variety, especially considering the multicultural nature of Sharjah. There's definitely room for improvements both in the dining options and in ensuring essential amenities like phones function properly in the room.

Enjoyed my two nights in a spacious one-bedroom apartment, and I really appreciated the decent furnishing and facilities. The indoor pool and sauna provided a perfect way to unwind after a day out. While the shower pressure could have been better, it didn't take away from my overall positive experience. I'd suggest checking it out if you're looking for a good value stay! 🌟
